Our bakery has been around 30 years and my dad was skeptical about gelato. I convinced him with this Chocolate Almond flavour. The roasted almond pieces give lovely texture — not too crunchy, not too soft. My dad said it tastes like something my grandfather would approve of. That's basically a Michelin star from him.
