At Amrichi, we value your satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:

The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. 
- 
Your request is made within 7 days of receiving your order. 
To be eligible for a return:
- 
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 
- 
Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required. 
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- 
Opened or used products 
- 
Perishable items (if applicable) 
- 
Clearance or promotional items (marked as non-returnable) 
Refunds
- 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
- 
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, credited back to your original method of payment. 
- 
Shipping fees paid are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). 
Exchanges
- 
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it with the correct item at no additional cost. 
- 
Exchanges are subject to product availability. 
Return Shipping
- 
For incorrect or defective items: Amrichi will cover the return shipping cost. 
- 
For other returns (e.g., change of mind): Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 
Damaged or Lost Items in Transit
If your product arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
Claims for lost parcels must be made within 21 days of the expected delivery date, in line with our courier’s policy.
How to Request a Return
Please contact our support team at admin@amrichi.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the return process.
