Shipping Policy

At Amrichi, we want your orders to reach you safely and on time. We work with City-Link Express, our trusted courier partner, to deliver across Malaysia and selected international destinations.

Delivery Time

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days

  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

  • International: Delivery times vary by country

Note: Public holidays, customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen factors may affect delivery times.

Shipping Fees

  • Charges are based on the actual weight of your parcel.

  • Extra charges may apply for Outskirt Delivery Areas (ODA):

    • West Malaysia: RM0.20/kg or RM10 per shipment (whichever is higher)

    • East Malaysia: RM2.00/kg or RM100 per shipment (whichever is higher)

Packaging & Handling

  • All parcels are securely packed by Amrichi before shipping.

  • Please ensure your delivery details (address, contact number, postcode) are accurate to avoid delays.

  • If your order cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us and additional charges may apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery online. Proof of Delivery (POD) is available for up to 6 months.

Loss, Damage & Claims

  • Courier liability is limited to RM200 or the actual value of goods, whichever is lower.

  • Claims for damage or delay must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims for lost parcels must be made within 21 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Amrichi is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost profit, business opportunity).

  • If you need higher coverage, we recommend arranging your own insurance.
