Our consultancy experience spans both large-scale production development and menu-level integration, helping businesses introduce artisanal gelato into their offerings. We supported customer's entry into the healthy gelato market by developing nutritious, cost-effective flavours and designing a complete gelato production facility under a Build–Operate–Transfer model. This included workflow planning, SOP creation, staff training, and ensuring long-term operational readiness.
