Course Cancellation Policy

All Amrichi Academy course and workshop fees, including deposits, are non-refundable once paid.

If you cancel or request to reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, the amount already paid may be transferred to another available date. Cancellations, reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows forfeit the full amount paid, with no reschedule offered.

This policy applies to all Amrichi Academy courses and workshops: Gelato Making Course — Essentials, Gelato Making Course — Advanced, Gelato Operation Efficiency, Family & Friends Workshop, School STEM Workshops, Corporate Workshops, Menu & Concept Consulting, and Gelato Lab Rental.

Amrichi events are free to attend (RSVP only) and carry no fee — this policy does not apply to them.
