Amrichi had the privilege of conducting a Basic Gelato Making Professional Training for the founders of Froyoo, equipping them with the essential knowledge, hands-on skills, and business confidence to begin their gelato journey on a strong foundation.

The training was designed to go beyond simply following recipes. Participants were guided through the core principles of professional gelato making, including ingredient functions, formulation basics, production workflow, texture control, freezing principles, and practical handling of gelato from preparation to serving.

Using Amrichi’s professional gelato production setup, including the Carpigiani batch freezer, the Froyoo team experienced the full process of preparing ingredients, producing gelato, extracting at the right texture, and understanding what makes a good gelato stable, smooth, and commercially presentable.

The one-day training was structured to capture the essence of building a strong gelato foundation. It allowed the participants to learn not only the technical process, but also the business thinking behind product consistency, flavour quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Through this training, Amrichi supported Froyoo in developing practical confidence to move from interest to action — turning gelato knowledge into real business readiness.
