Picture an afternoon where Italian mastery, ASEAN creativity, and the science of flavour all meet under one roof. That’s the spirit of this Amrichi showcase.
You’ll step into Johor first dedicated Gelato Studio, a space designed for experimentation, learning, and collaboration. The highlight of the day is PreGel’s legendary chef Domenico Croce, bringing more than three decades of Italian gelato expertise from his Manfredonia shop and the global R&D world straight to Medini. He’ll guide you through live demonstrations of both classic and region-inspired flavours, showing how technique, precision, and imagination shape truly memorable gelato.
You’ll hear from Jeffrey on how Amrichi is building a creative hub for gelato learning, OEM production, rental space for culinary projects, and a platform that elevates Johor as a destination for dessert innovation.
