Amrichi’s 1-Day Beginner Gelato Making Training is designed for beginners, café owners, dessert shop operators, F&B teams, and aspiring gelato entrepreneurs who want a straight-to-the-point, practical introduction to professional gelato making. This training cuts through unnecessary theory and focuses on what matters most: understanding the key ingredients, preparing the mixture correctly, using the right process, and producing smooth, stable, good-quality gelato. Participants will learn the complete basic workflow from ingredient preparation to pasteurisation, ageing, churning, extraction, blast freezing, storage, and serving. The session includes hands-on production using professional equipment such as Amrichi’s Carpigiani Maestro batch freezer and Afinox blast freezer. By the end of the day, participants will understand the core principles behind good gelato and be able to create simple, stable, and commercially presentable gelato flavours with confidence.
